Jimmy is a qualified Physiotherapist with a background in Kinesiology. He completed his undergraduate degree in Canada before undertaking a Master of Physiotherapy at The University of Queensland. He has experience assessing and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries, with particular interests in neck and back pain, shoulder conditions, tendinopathy, osteoarthritis and orthopaedic rehabilitation.

Jimmy takes a patient-centred approach to physiotherapy, focusing on understanding the factors contributing to each person’s injury or condition. He combines manual therapy, dry needling and movement-based exercise programs to support the management of both acute and chronic conditions. Treatment and rehabilitation plans are tailored to the individual’s needs, functional goals and lifestyle, with an emphasis on restoring movement and supporting a safe return to everyday activities, work or sport.

Jimmy has completed further training in Studio Pilates Level 1, Dry Needling Level 1 and Watson Headache® Level 1. His additional training supports his interest in managing neck-related headaches and migraines, as well as providing individualised exercise-based rehabilitation. He works collaboratively with patients and other healthcare professionals where appropriate to support coordinated care.
