Credentialled Diabetes Educator
Grace is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator accredited under Australian Diabetes Educator Association (ADEA). She received her Master 's degree in Public Health, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and post graduate in Women's Health and Diabetes Education in Melbourne. Gracie is currently working as an Endocrine Nurse specialized in Diabetes Clinical Nurse Consultant in one of largest public hospitals in Melbourne. Her past professional experience in Australia and overseas includes managing diabetes training and education services for health care workers in public and private clinical practices.
Gracie has special interests in managing Pre-diabetes, Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational Diabetes and she is also a certified trainer for starting insulin pump therapy and 24 hours continuous glucose monitoring systems.
