Catherine Benemerito is a dedicated and empathetic physiotherapist who takes a holistic approach to patient care. A 2020 graduate of Cebu Doctors’ University in the Philippines, she brings experience across orthopaedics, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, aged care, chronic pain management, and sports rehab.

Catherine has a growing interest in women’s health physiotherapy, including pelvic floor education, post-natal recovery, and functional rehabilitation for women across all life stages. This passion allows her to support a diverse patient population and collaborate effectively with GPs and care plan nurses.

Outside of work, Catherine is an adventurer at heart. She enjoys road trips, hiking, live music, and is an avid Formula One fan. With a dream of travelling the world, she combines clinical precision with warm, person-centred care in every interaction.
